Q. How do I place my order on the site?

Follow these steps on how to make a purchase:


1. Click the "Add to Cart" button for the products you wish to purchase.

2. A pop-up will appear showing a "Shopping Cart Updated" notice. You can either click "Close" to continue shopping or select the "Shopping Cart" link to view your cart.

3. On the Shopping Cart page, you'll see the products you've added. You can adjust quantities and refresh the price accordingly. If you have a coupon code, you can enter it here. You can also calculate estimated shipping by entering your shipping destination. Press "Continue Shopping" to add more items or click "Checkout" to proceed.

4. You will be taken to a login page. Sign in using your email and password. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to register before continuing.

5. Confirm your billing address by selecting an existing one or entering a new address, then click "Continue."
6. Confirm your delivery address by either selecting an existing one or adding a new address, and clicking "Continue."

7. Choose your preferred delivery method and click "Continue."

8. Select your payment method, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click "Continue."

9. Review and reconfirm your order and delivery details.

10. Click "Confirm Order" to finalize your purchase.


* For customers paying via senangPay - Pay with Online Banking (FPX), Credit / Debit Card or e-Wallet, you will be redirected to the senangPay payment site to complete your transaction.


Q. What are the payment methods available?

MONO&CO offers various kinds of Payment Methods as shown below:-

Q. How to change my account's personal information?

Log in to your account → Click on “My Account Information” → Edit your account information here.


Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

1. Click on "Forgotten Password", fill in the email that was used to register the account and click "Submit".

2. A password reset link will be sent to you. Once you have received the email, click on the reset link, and you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?

Yes, only if the order is still in pending status.

Q. Are the products original?

Yes, all products are guaranteed original.


Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

All product transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).


Q. How long does the delivery usually take?

Delivery usually will take about 2 to 3 working days for the West of Malaysia. However, for East Malaysia, it will take up to 3 to 5 working days. Do refer to "Orders & Shipping Policy".


Q. Is worldwide shipping available?

Unfortunately, worldwide shipping is currently not available.


Q. Can I do a walk-in purchase?

Q. Is cash on delivery available?

No, this service is not available.
